A true festival of sport took place from 11 to 13 January as another edition of the Rugby Seven Viña competition came to a close, staged in the city of Viña del Mar in the region of Valparaiso.

In its 33rd edition, more than 12,000 people were captivated by the top-level line-up, including South Africa, Argentina, the USA, Canada, Chile, and other teams.

Once again, Casillero del Diablo was present as a principal partner to the tournament, delighting from the very beginning with its different wine varieties, which were present in the VIP section of the tournament.

On the sports side of things, Chile was crowned champion of Rugby Seven Viña 2019, with a decisive victory over Uruguay in the final, winning 31-7. With this triumph, Chile moves on to the qualifiers of the World Rugby Sevens in Hong Kong, and classifies for the Rugby Sevens Series stages in Las Vegas and Vancouver.
