Mainly alluvial with some colluvial soils.
Light, lemon yellow.
Fresh with concentrated fruit of pineapple, citrus and peaches, and soft hints of vanilla. This complex, medium-bodied wine has good balance and fresh acidity with a stone fruit focused finish.
Pairs well with fresh shellfish such as lobster and crab as well has grilled fish, sautéed scallops and creamy pasta dishes.
