TASTING NOTE

An expressive wine with remarkable touches of fresh strawberries and raspberries. Soft hints of rose petals complement delicate flavors of cedar and tobacco from barrel aging. An elegant wine with fresh acidity, balanced tannins and well integrated oak. Focused fruit flavors of fresh raspberries and dried fruit come through on the finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Complements lightly seasoned grilled salmon or chicken and pork tenderloin, as well as duck breast with a berry citrus glaze.
